Freshly prepared jumbo
pancakes, paddled on
traditional cast iron griddles served as a
stylish take-away from our mobile stalls. Our pancakes are cooked in
front of our customers and filled to bursting with a delicious range
of savoury and sweet fillings.
Where do we start.
Simple. Flour eggs and milk.
We even offer a gluten free mix.
There are so many gorgeous fillings to compliment our jumbo
pancakes.
The menu is constantly changing according to the venue and the
season.
It's great to be able to use local produce.
We buy flour from Tuxford
Windmill, Red Leicester Cheese
from
Sparkenhoe Farm and Stilton from Long Clawson.

Stilton Walnut and pear.
Somerset Brie with home-made Crab Apple Jelly.
Baked Ham from Gary the butcher -
with Red Leicester Cheese.
Sweet fillings might include:
Lemon and sugar (of course)
Sumptious home made fair-trade
Chocolate Sauce.
Homemade Toffee Sauce and Banana -
dangerously addictive.
Golden Syrup
Canadian Maple Syrup (sorry -
it's not local) with Crème Fraiche
Bramley Apple - from our "friends trees", with cinnamon and crème
fraiche.
Mincemeat with
crème fraiche - You'll have to supply your own festive glug of
brandy, we haven't got a licence.
